Registration Fee ($25 early Registration Discount through 7/10/2012 (code: EARLY)): 
U8-U10:.......$550 (6v6)
U10-U12:.....$575 (8v8)
U12-U18:.....$625 (11v11)

Sanctioning Bodies: USYSA, KSYSA
Gold, Silver and Bronze Divisions are available
Games on Friday will only be scheduled for in-town teams

Required Tournament Hotels:
All out-of-town teams playing in the Midwest Mother's Day Classic are required to utilize the tournament housing process and select their hotel rooms from the list of required properties. Required Tournament Hotels
Please contact the person listed for the property you choose to stay at. Once you have made your reservations, contact the Tournament Administrator with the name of the property and the number of rooms you are reserving.

OP Soccer Complex, 13700 Switzer , Overland Park, KS 66221
OP Soccer Complex Field House, Friday August 17th @ 4:30pm-9pm or Saturday August 18th @ 6:30am or 1 hour before your first game

Bring to check-in:
-  Original roster and 1 copy of roster for the tournament to keep
-  Signed and Laminated Player cards
-  Original notarized Medical Releases
-  Guest player forms and Guest player notarized Medical Release forms
-  Travel Permit, if you are a USYSA affiliate outside Kansas
-  Proof of Insurance if you are not registered with USYSA or a State affiliate

Participants Receive:
-  Minimum of 3 scheduled games
-  Player and Team Awards for the top 2 teams in each division
-  Coach gift from Adidas, Sporting Blue Valley and KC Select
-  Tournament Shirts will be available for purchase
