Emphasis on individual and small group skills sets. Training to include Technical, Tactical and Functional exercises including speed, agility and quickness. Players will be challenged with technical dribbling, passing, shooting and defensive drills. For players U10 to HS. All players must bring water, soccer ball, shin guards and appropriate attire.
